Order No. 208 of the Minister of Agriculture validating of the list of activities technologically related to the production of goods, works, and services of a state monopoly entity in the field of protection, reproduction, and use of wildlife.

This Order validates the list of activities that are technologically linked to the production of goods, works, and services of the state monopoly entity responsible for the protection, reproduction, and use of wildlife resources. In particular, it deals with (a) artificial reproduction of sturgeon species; (b) sale of fish stocking material; and (c) sale of live sturgeon species, after removal of their reproductive products for reproductive purposes.
