Order No. 213 of the Minister of Investment and Development “On approval of the Rules and conditions of the conclusion, as well as the grounds for changing and terminating the agreement on the industrial assembly of agricultural equipment with legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Order establishes the procedure for determination of terms and conditions for the conclusion, as well as the grounds for amendment and termination of the agreement on the industrial assembly of agricultural equipment with legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Model form of the agreement is contained in the Annex 2. The agreement shall be concluded with the manufacturer complying with the following conditions: (a) availability of production facilities; (b) availability of the required assets as of the date of signing the agreement; and (c) manufacturer’s performance of technological operations related to manufacturing of agricultural machinery and equipment in accordance with the Annex 1. In order to conclude the agreement, the manufacturer submits to the authorized body a written application in an arbitrary form. The accompanying documentation shall include: (a) draft plan and schedule for the implementation of the industrial assembly agreement related to assembly of agricultural machinery with legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in two copies, in the state and Russian languages, in the form according to the Annex 2; (b) information on business entity according to the form contained in the Annex 3; and (c) financial accountability reports with the indication of fixed assets valid at the date of submittal of the application.
