Order No. 218 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Instruction on insertion of amendments to forest management and forest registration materials.

This Order establishes that all forestry institutions and organizations permanently managing forest fund or protected areas shall timely register all the modifications occurring in the state of forest fund owing to economic activities or as a result of natural calamities for the purpose of qualitative professional data processing and rational management of forest resources, and also for provision of all institutions and organizations, irrespectively of departmental subordination. with reliable data and information related to forest fund. The grounds for insertion of amendments shall be: (a) documents (deed of transfer of land with maps designing boundaries of transferred plots of land); (b) inspection reports in case of disasters and natural calamities; (c) transfer report in case of afforestation and reforestation; (d) on site inspection in case of extension of forested areas; (e) in case of timber extraction forest plots allotment deeds and inspection of felling areas; and (f) forest organization practices.
