Order No. 25 of the Minister of Agriculture validating standard state service in the field of land relations.

This Order validates standard state service in the field of land relations, in particular “Sale in private ownership of land plot previously allotted for tenancy” (Annex 2); “Sale by instalments of plot of land in private ownership” (Annex 3); “Conclusion of purchase and sale contract of a plot of land” (Annex 4); “Conclusion of lease contracts for a plot of land” (Annex 5) and “Placing on the queue for allotment of land plot” (Annex 6). The aforesaid standard state services shall be provided by local government resulting in either acceptance of applications and positive decisions on the matter or substantiated refusal of the application. The applicant must submit the following documentation: (a) application in accordance with the established form; (b) personal identification document; and (c) cadastre documentation (only for “Sale in private ownership of land plot previously allotted for tenancy”).
