Order No. 252-p of the Minister of Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on state registration of nature managers and sources of environmental pollution.

The purpose of this Order shall be the introduction of system of nature managers and sources of environmental pollution. Registration certificate shall be issued separately for each source of pollution. Nature managers shall submit to the authorized state environmental body the following materials related to state registration of nature managers and sources pollution for the issuance of environmental permits: (a) application for registration as nature manager; and (b) registration certificate data related to sources of pollution.
