Order No. 283 of the Minister of Interior validating the Regulation on development, publication and keeping the State register of civilian and service firearms and ammunition.

This Order establishes the procedure for state registration of civilian and service firearms and ammunition. State register of civilian and service firearms and ammunition shall contain on all civil and service firearms and ammunition that have been acknowledged for compliance. State register shall be divided into following sections: (a) civilian firearms of domestic manufacturing and cartridges thereto; (b) civil firearms of foreign manufacturing and cartridges thereto; (c) service firearms and cartridges thereto; (d) firearms and cartridges thereto produced only for export; (e) test, exemplary and other cartridges for use for technological purposes in the process of manufacturing of firearms. Nomenclature of basic technical parameters of firearms and cartridges, included in the State register, is established by the technical certificate for this type of firearms.
