Order No. 299 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation on rendering state service “Issuance of license for import of plant protection means (pesticides)”.

This Order establishes the procedure for rendering state service “Issuance of license for import of plant protection products (pesticides)”. Import of plant protection means (pesticides) is subject to issuance of license (import authorization) by the Committee of State Inspection in the Agro-industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Issuance of license for import of plant protection means (pesticides) shall be subject to submittal of listed documentation and payment of licensing fees by the applicant. Annexes contain standards requirements for the issuance of license for import of plant protection means (pesticides), application forms and the form of license.
