Order No. 302 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation on issuance of license for the performance of activities in the field of veterinary medicine.

This Order establishes the procedure for issuance of license for the performance of activities in the field of veterinary medicine by territorial bodies on the authorized state institution in the field of veterinary. License shall be intended a permit of the first category, issued by the licensor to an individual or a legal entity to perform licensed activity or sublicensed activity associated with high risk level. The public service "Issuance of license for the performance of activities in the field of veterinary medicine" shall be provided for the following categories: (a) license for manufacturing of veterinary drugs - by the agency of the authorized body in the field of veterinary drugs; and (b) issuance of license for performance of veterinary and sanitary expertise of products and raw materials of animal origin – by local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and of the capital city. The applicant must submit listed documentation and pay licensing fees. Annexes contain application forms for issuance and renewal of licenses and the forms of licenses.
