Order No. 309 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation on rendering state service "Issuance of the conclusion (authorization) for import of samples of unregistered plant protection means (pesticides) for registration (small-scale and production) tests and (or) scientific research in accordance with the decisions of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission”.

This Order validates the Regulation on rendering state service "Issuance of the conclusion (authorization) for import of samples of unregistered plant protection means (pesticides) for registration (small-scale and production) tests and (or) scientific research in accordance with the decisions of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission”. The state service is provided by the Committee of State Inspection in the agricultural sector of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The list of basic requirements for the provision of a public service, which includes the characteristics of the process, form, content and result of the provision, as well as other information, taking into account the peculiarities of the provision of the public service is set out in the standard of public service contained in the Annex 1. In order to receive a public service a natural person or a legal entity shall submit to the Service Provider through the portal the documents specified in clause 8 of the State Service Standard.
