Order No. 334 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure of rendering of the state service “Issuance of licenses for the production (formulation) of pesticides, the sale of pesticides, the use of pesticides by aerosol and fumigation methods”.

This Order establishes the procedure of rendering of the state service “Issuance of licenses for the production (formulation) of pesticides, the sale of pesticides, the use of pesticides by aerosol and fumigation methods” by executive bodies of provinces, cities of national significance and the capital. The applicant shall submit to the licensing authority listed documentation and payment of licensing fee. Annex 1 contains listed documentation and standard requirements.
