Order No. 344 of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation on recreational (sport) fishing, research fishing, fishing for reproductive purposes on waterbodies, which are part of protected natural areas, with the status of a legal entity.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for recreational (sport) fishing, research fishing, fishing for reproductive purposes on waterbodies, which are part of protected natural areas, with the status of a legal entity. Permit for recreational (sport) fishing, research fishing, fishing for reproductive purposes shall be issued by a nature protection institution according to the form contained in the Annex 1. Fishing on waterbodies of protected areas shall be classified as follows: (a) recreational (sport) fishing; (b) ameliorative fishing; (c) scientific research fishing; and (d) fishing for stock enhancement purposes. Amateur (sport) fishing on waterbodies shall be performed by natural persons, in the presence of personal identity documents and fishing authorization. This Regulation classifies authorized fishing gear and authorized fishing methods. Annexes contain fishing authorization form, and register of issued fishing authorizations.
