Order No. 347 of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation on issuance of a permit for the removal of animal species whose numbers are subject to regulation.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for issuance of a permit for the removal of animal species whose numbers are subject to regulation to natural and legal persons by the territorial bodies of the Committee on Forestry and Wildlife subordinated to the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Annex 1 contains application form, containing personal data of hunters, authorization for the use of hunting gear, purpose, periods and areas of hunting. Annex 3 contains the form of permit.
