Order No. 392 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan validating the Regulation on rendering public service "Issuance of licenses for manufacturing, processing, purchase, storage, sale, use, destruction of poisons”.

This Order establishes the procedure for rendering public service Issuance of licenses for manufacturing, processing, purchase, storage, sale, use, destruction of poisons”. The license to carry out activities for manufacturing, processing, purchase, storage, sale, use, destruction of poisons, includes the following subspecies of activity: (a) manufacturing, processing, storage, sale, destruction of poisons; (b) purchase, storage, sale, use of poisons; and (c) purchase, storage, sale of poisons. State service shall be provided by the Committee of Industrial Development and Industrial Safety subordinated to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. State service shall be provided in accordance with standard requirements contained in the Annex 1. Annex 2 contains application form. Annex 3 contains application of physical person for renewal (re-issuance) of license. Annex 4 contains application of legal person for renewal (re-issuance) of license. Annex 5 contains the form of license.
