Order No. 4-2/419 of the Minister of Agriculture validating standard state service “Subsidization of seed growing”.

This Order establishes the procedure for the provision of standard state service “Subsidization of seed growing” the outcome of which shall be remittance advice related to subsidies of substantiated refusal to provide it in cases and on the grounds specified in paragraph 10 of this standard state service. The applicant must submit to the authorized state body the following documentation: (a) application for subsidies for elite or first reproduction seeds actually supplied according to the current rates of supply according to the form contained in the Appendix 3; (b) application for subsidies for actually purchased at full price from elite seed farm (seed farm/seed trader) seeds of first generation hybrids (first generation cotton seeds or the second reproduction of elite seedlings of fruit and berry crops and grapes) in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 4; and (c) transferable request for payment of due subsidies related to purchase at reduced cost of first-generation hybrid seeds (cotton seeds, first, second reproduction of elite seedlings of fruit and berry crops and grapes) from elite seed farm (seed farm, seed trader) according to the contained in the Annex 5.
