Order No. 405 of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of the Rules for the implementation of a pilot project to improve the administration of socially significant food products, coal and grain traceable in the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the information system of electronic invoices.”

This Order approves the Rules for the implementation of a pilot project to improve the administration of socially significant food products, coal and grain traceable in the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the information system of electronic invoices. Socially significant food products shall be intended food products, due to which the physiological needs of a person are satisfied, the list of which has been validated by the Government. The following categories shall participate in the pilot project: (a) manufacturers; (b) importers; (c) suppliers; and (d) state revenue bodies. Procedure for the implementation of the pilot project: State revenue authorities within 5 (five) working days from the date of discovery of discrepancies in the issuance of information system of electronic invoices by the manufacturer, importer, supplier shall send: (1) a notice to the manufacturer, importer, subsoil user, supplier indicating the issued information system of electronic invoices (if any), while the date of issuance of such information system of electronic invoices cannot be earlier than the date of entry into force of these Rules; and (b) notification to the web application "Taxpayer's Cabinet" of the manufacturer, importer, supplier. State revenue authorities conduct monitoring on an ongoing basis execution of sent notices.
