Order No. 509 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development № 509 validating the Regulation on engineering and geological surveys.

This Order establishes the procedure for the performance of engineering and geological surveys related to construction activities. Engineering and geological surveys provide an integrated study of engineering and geological conditions of the territory (district, site, land plot, route) of the projected construction and make a forecast of their possible changes in interaction between the facilities under design and the geological environment in order to obtain necessary and sufficient materials in justifying urban planning activities, land-use planning and development of design solutions. The relations between client and contractor shall be regulated by contracts.
