This Order establishes the procedure for the use of material, technical means for photo and video registration in the process of performance of state quarantine phytosanitary control and supervision. Video recorders are destined for photo and video recording of the environment, as well as the process of actions of state plant quarantine inspectors to ensure the collection of evidence in the implementation of state phytosanitary quarantine control and supervision.
