Abstract
This Order establishes that management of wild fauna species for scientific, cultural, educational and aesthetic purposes, and also for zoological collections shall be carried out by natural and legal persons as general and special wild fauna species management. The aforesaid management shall be carried out in accordance with the national legislation related to protected areas. Management of wild fauna species without removal thereof from natural environment shall be carried out free of charge and without any permit. Management of wild fauna species with removal thereof form natural environment shall be carried out in accordance with permits issued by the authorized state institution in the sphere of protection, reproduction and management of wild fauna. Special management of wild fauna species shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) hunting, capture and shooting of animals; and (b) collection of wildlife products.
