Order No. 7-1/347 validating the Regulation on state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision, as well as determination of conformity of livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin to veterinary standards at the production facilities, engaged in the stockbreeding, procurement (slaughter), storage, processing and trade of livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin, including exporters (importers).

This Order establishes the procedure for state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision, as well as determination of conformity of livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin to veterinary standards at the production facilities, engaged in the stockbreeding, procurement (slaughter), storage, processing and trade of livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin, including exporters (importers) in the form of inspection, preventive control and supervision by state veterinary and sanitary inspectors. Veterinary inspector controls production facilities, breeding facilities and facilities performing procurement (slaughter), storage, processing and trade of livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin, including exporters (importers). Exporters shall be subject to control in accordance with the requirements of the veterinary legislation of the importing country. The veterinarian controls production facilities, breeding facilities, and facilities performing procurement (slaughter), storage, processing and trade of livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin (except for those related to import and export). Veterinary inspector and veterinarian shall draw up certificate of inspection based on the results of the inspection of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary medicine.
