Order No 7-1/418 of the Minister of Agriculture validating Standards for state services in the field of veterinary.

State services “Issuance of veterinary certificate for export of livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin”, “Issuance of registration certificates for veterinary drugs and feed additives”, “Attribution of registration numbers to livestock breeding farms, business entities performing procurement (slaughtering), storage, processing and trade of livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin, and also organizations for manufacturing, storage and trade of veterinary drugs, feedstuffs and feed additives” shall be provided by Chief veterinary and sanitary inspectors of Astana and Almaty, regional and district veterinary and sanitary inspectors. Veterinary certificate shall be issued in electronic format; “Issuance of the expertise report (testing protocol), issued by veterinary laboratories”(shall be provided by the National veterinary laboratory), “Issuance of export, import and transit authorization for livestock, products and raw materials of animal origin with the consideration of epizootic situation (shall be provided by exclusively by Chief veterinary and sanitary inspector and his deputies), “Identification of livestock with the issuance of veterinary certificate” (shall be provided by state veterinary organizations), “Certification of natural persons and legal entities performing activities in the field of veterinary (shall be provided by executive bodies of local government), “Coordination of normative and technical documentation for new, improved veterinary drugs and feed additives” (shall be provided by the Committee on veterinary control and supervision subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture), “Approbation of veterinary drugs and feed additives” (shall be provided by the National Veterinary Reference Center), “Registration of laser stations, instruments (devices) and attributes to identify farm animals and their breeders in the database of individual through the issuance of individual numbers” (shall be provided by the National antiepizootic unit). Veterinary certificates shall be issued in electronic format. The applicant shall submit application form, document attesting the identity of the applicant, copies of expertise of products and raw materials of animal origin.
