Order No. 710 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on expertise of seed cotton quality and issuance of certificate of quality.

This Order establishes the modalities of carrying out expertise of seed cotton quality and issuance of certificate of quality. Expertise of seed cotton quality consists of complex arrangements aimed at determination and confirmation of actual data related to seed cotton quality, including selection of samples, testing and issuance of certificate of quality. Certificate of quality shall be issued for homogeneous lot of seed cotton shipped to a single receiver of cargo, by a single means of transport or destined for contemporaneous storage. Certificate of quality shall comply with the form established by the authorized state institution in the sphere of cotton industry.
