Order No. 74 of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation for classifying the categories of civil servants of the state environmental control units of the authorized body in the field of environmental protection as officials exercising state environmental control.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for classifying the categories of civil servants of state environmental control units of the authorized body in the field of environmental protection as officials exercising state environmental control and assigns categories of civil servants of the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control of the Ministry of Ecology the duties of state environmental control. Officials performing state environmental control include: (a) chief state environmental inspector of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who is the deputy chairman of the Committee; (b) Deputy Chief State Environmental Inspector of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who is the head of the State Environmental Control Department of the Committee; (c) senior state environmental inspectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan; (d) state environmental inspectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan; (e) senior state environmental inspectors of regions (cities of republican significance, the capital); and (f) state environmental inspectors of regions (cities of republican significance, the capital).
