This Order validates the List of domestic animals requiring special responsibility of the owner of the animal and the List of animals prohibited from keeping in dwellings (insects Arachnida, scorpions Scorpiones, spiders Araneae, lizards Lacertilia, crocodiles Crocodilia, mammals Mammalia, predatory species Carnivora, primates and all rare and endangered species). List of domestic animals requiring special responsibility of the owner of the animal includes certain dog species, mixed breeds and hybrids thereof.
