Order No. 93 of the Committee on Forestry and Hunting validating the Regulation on felling permit and forest land plot usage permit.

This Order validates the form of felling permit, the form of forest land plot usage permit and the modalities of registration, storage, compilation and issuance of both of them. Felling permit and forest land plot usage permit shall be mandatory for the following types of forest management within state forest fund: (a) timber extraction; (b) procurement of non-timber forest products; (c) miscellaneous forest uses; (d) research; and (e) recreational, cultural, educational, tourist and sport forest uses. Felling permit shall be issued for primary forest uses – timber extraction and logging. Forest land plot usage permit shall be issued for secondary forest uses – haymaking, grazing, captive breeding, apiculture, cultivation of crops, collection of edible and non-edible non-timber forest products.
