Order No. 97 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation on provision of state service “Issuance of license for import of plant protection means (pesticides).”

This Order establishes the procedure for the provision of state service “Issuance of license for import of plant protection means (pesticides).” The scope of the aforesaid state service shall be issuance or re-issuance of license, issuance of duplicate of license for import of plant protection agents (pesticides), or motivated refusal to provide a public service. Licenses shall be issued in the electronic format. This Order lists the requested documentation for the submittal of application and describes the sequence of the operations for the issuance of license.
