Order No. 98 of the Minister of Agriculture validating the Regulation for reissuing contract on temporary paid land use (lease) of agricultural land plots in the event of alienation of land use rights.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for reissuance of contracts on temporary paid land use (lease) of agricultural land plots in the event of alienation of land use rights. A citizen or legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan without a foreign participation (land user), who has alienated the right to land use on agricultural land, within 3 (three) working days after the completion of the civil law transaction, sends a notification to the authorized body at the location of the land plot on reissuing the contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of the agricultural land plot according to the form contained in the Annex 1. A notice of re-registration of a land user who has alienated the right to use land on agricultural land is subject to mandatory acceptance, registration, accounting and consideration by the authorized body. Notification of the conclusion of a contract on temporary paid land use (lease) of an agricultural land plot is sent by the authorized body by registered mail, telegram with acknowledgment of receipt, including by means of notification by telephone message, short text messages via cellular communication channels or e-mail, as well as using other means of communication that ensure the fixation of the notification. A land user who has acquired the right of temporary land use for an agricultural land plot, within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of notification of the signing of contract on temporary paid land use (lease) of an agricultural land plot applies to the authorized body to sign contract on temporary paid land use (lease) of an agricultural land plot.
