Decision on the approval of the organizational structure of the Cabinet Office, departments, and equivalent, the technical units at the second level under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

This Decision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic approves the organizational structure of the Ministry, including its offices, departments, equivalent units, and second-level technical institutions. It defines the internal divisions and responsibilities of departments responsible for agriculture, livestock and fisheries, forestry, land management, water resources, environment, rural development, and research institutes. The Decision also establishes technical centers and agricultural and forestry colleges supporting research, training, and service delivery. The structure serves as the basis for determining mandates and responsibilities within the Ministry and enters into force on the date of signature.
