Decree on the Endorsement of the Business Activities under the Controlled Business List and the Concession List of Lao PDR - no. 03/PM.

This Decree, consisting of 8 articles, concerns the Ministerial approval of two lists of business activities concerning various sectors in which the government, through its agencies, promotes investment aiming at ensuring the stable growth of the socio-economic development. The Decree defines conditions and procedures of application submission for the Controlled Business List and the Concession List. Concerning the Lists, the attachment defines: type of business; investment conditions; supervision level; relevant legislation; responsible agencies, in various sector, including: agriculture and forestry; mining, quarrying and processing; water supply, sewerage and remediation activities; education; public-private partnership; development of special economic zones.
