Abstract
This Decree lays down basic provisions on land. All land in the State of Lao PDR is the property of the national community. The State manages the land on a centralized and unanimous basis at the national level (art. 1).
This Decree is composed of five Chapters, i.e.: Land and Property over Land (1); Right of Possession and Use of Land (2); Management and use of each Type of Land (3); Measures against Offenders (4); Organization and Implementation (5).
