Decree of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry no. 2897 of 2023 on the management of fertiliser factory.

This Ministerial Decree, implementing provisions of the Law on Agriculture no. 01-98/NA, provides for the establishment, management, monitoring, and inspection of factories for fertiliser production, in order to ensure a sustainable and good quality production, safe for people, animals, and the environment. The Decree covers chemical, organic and bio-fertilisers, their products and the waste occurring during the production phases. Matters covered by this Decree include: conditions for applying for a permission to establish a fertiliser factory; business management of fertiliser factories; definition of activity plans for factories; rights and obligations of fertiliser factories operators.
