Decree of the Prime Minister relating to the Collection of Land Titling Fees.

The present Decree regulates the collection of land titling fees from all land possessors and users. Said fees are distinguished as follows: (a) fees for land title issuing; (b) fees for documents registration; (c) fees for cadastral work. The Ministry of Finance shall determine the rates of land fees.
