Abstract
The Decree consists of nine articles and makes provision for the protection and development of the wildlife population, including endangered and restricted species. It aims at protecting and developing the breed and use of fisheries and wild animals populating the territory. To this end the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall study plans and policies and make provisions for their implementation. As far as fishing and hunting are concerned, the Decree makes restrictions on the use of certain methods and devices and forbids to hunt or fish endangered species, expecting animals, animal's breeding newly born baby animals and during the season of fish eggs. The trade of wild animals, dead animals and parts thereof is subject to the issuance of the authorizations and certificate listed in article 4.
The Decree outlines the tasks and responsibilities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in this regard. The decree also lists the provisions pertaining to permitted techniques for hunting and fishing, as well as the seasons in which hunting and fishing are permitted.
