Abstract
This Instruction aims at regulating the Procedures to Certify Wooden Products Before Loading to Container. The Minister of Industry and Commerce issues establishes the following instruction: 1. Provincial and Vientiane Capital Department of Industry and Commerce shall coordinate with relevant provincial and Vientiane Capital sectors as a committee to inspect wooden products according to the List of Eligible and Prohibited Wooden Product for Export No. 1833/MOIC, dated 3 October 2016 and sign on the Certificate of Wooden Product Before Loading to Container for Export based on company or factory’s proposal. After that, the Provincial or Vientiane Department of Industry and Commerce shall sign on the certificate and it shall be the only certification to declare to customs for the export of wooden products. 2. The structure of the Committee is depending on type of wooden products.
