To provide for improvements in management, etc practices for endangered species of wild fauna and flora, as recommended by the CITES Standing Committee - particularly regarding management of exports of Dalbergia cochinchinensis; regarding national legislation; regarding CITES Authorities; regarding compliance and law enforcement; regarding monitoring of wildlife farms and related trade; and regarding public awareness and outreach campaigns.
