Abstract
This Prime Minister’s Decision in order to comply with the government’s policy on planted timber to be a commodity for export and in order to facilitate the business environment by reducing unnecessary procedures for exporting planted timber, authorizes the provinces and the Capital to consider and make decision on the approval for the exportation of planted timber (Teak, Rubber, Agar wood, Eucalyptus, Acacia auriculiformis and Acacia mangium) in the form of logs and sawed timber. The Department of Industry and Commerce at provincial level, the capital shall be responsible for the approval of the exportation of planted timber in the form of logs and sawed timber according to the species mentioned in Article 1 based on the certificate of origin of timber certified by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry at provincial and the Capital level.
