Abstract
The Provisions concern the duty of the Food and Medicine Control Committee (FMCC) to assure the quality of domestically produced food products. To this end it has the obligation to control food production sites, processing tools and materials, food storage sites, etc. The Provisions deal further with the structure, rights and obligations of producers, and make restrictions on the use of certain substances stated in articles 10-15.
