Regulation no. 06 of 2023 on the Waste Management in the Savannakhet Province.

This Regulation, in compliance with National Legislation on the matter, provides for defining measures and procedures for the collection and disposal of waste in the Savannakhet province. Matters covered by this Regulation include: storage, production, transportation, export of waste; management of hazardous chemical waste; waste reduction; protection of the environment; reuse of waste; management of both domestic and industrial waste; duties and obligations of waste collectors; penalties and criminal offences.
