Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of six Parts, regulates the control of the Import, Export and Use of Ozone Depleting Substances. It aims at defining the procedure to control the Imports, Exports and Consumption of Ozone Depleting Substance and products designed for use of ozone depleting substances in order to implement effectively the Prime Minister’s Decree No. 162/PMO, with the consensus of the concerned agencies. The Regulation is divided as follows: General Provisions (I); The Registration and Approval of Imports and Exports of Ozone Depleting Substances and Products Designed for use of Ozone Depleting Substances (II); Reporting on actual imports and registration or users of ozone depleting substances (III); Controlling and Reporting of Registration, Import-Export and Domestic businessman (IV); Awards and Sanctions (V) and Final Provisions (VI).
