Decision n°104/ q.o of 2005 cancelling decisions related to exploitation of the public river domain.

This Resolution consisting of 2 article aims at cancelling all the decisions regarding the exploitation of the public river domain, whether if issued by the Minister of Energy and Water (formerly Water and Electric Resources) or any other institution. The Decree grants to the concerned parts two months to regulate their financial and legal conditions.
