Decision No. 230/1 of 2012 Mechanism for the review of the scope of Environmental Impact Assessment reports and Environmental Impact Assessment reports.

This Resolution consisting of 6 articles and 5 Annexes deals with (i) stages of reviewing the scope of environmental impact assessment reports (record of the report, formal review, identification of the interests, review and report of the results); (ii) evaluation of the necessity of an expert aid; (iii) stages of reviewing the environmental impact assessment report (record of the report, formal review, identification of the interests, review and report of the results). It establishes at article 4 that the Minister of Environment may define the period for implementing in certain cases. The Annexes concern the necessary information and forms.
