Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims at protecting animal species by prohibiting fishing, capture, transfer or sale of cetaceans and marine mammals as whales, dolphins and sea lions. Fishermen must immediately release them still alive, after removing the hooks and avoiding any dangers, if caught and inform the concerned department at the Ministry of Agriculture about type and number of these animals even if they are only sighted, alive or dead.
