Decree No. 10266 of 1997 regulating the import and export of sugar.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Decree No. 176 of 26/5/1977 is now abrogated (art. 1); importing sugar is allowed only after authorization by the Minister of Economy and Commerce (art. 2); the following quantities of sugar are exempt from previous authorization: up to 50 kg, quantities in transit through the Lebanon and quantities imported before the date of entry into force of this Decree (art. 3).
