Decree No. 2773 of 2009 authorizing the exploitation of the water of the two springs located in the zone of Tannourin Attahta for industrial uses.

This Resolution is composed of 10 articles. Article 1 authorizes Mr Essam Tarbiyah to use 130 cubic meters per day of water of the spring located in the land No. 801 and 147 cubic meters of the spring located in the land No 1049 in the zone of Tannourin Attahta-province of Albatroun for industrial uses. Article 2 imposes on the licensee of license to install two counters for the control of the quantity of water extracted from the two springs. Article 5 considers the licensee responsible for any damages, harms, malfunction and disadvantages resulting from this licence. Article 7 defines the validity of this licence for one year renewable. Articles 8 and 9 deal with license fees and revenues as well as with cases of its revocation.
