Decree No. 9222 of 2002 implementing the Internal Regulation of the National Council for Stone Quarries.

This Decree is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 deals with the establishment and composition of the National Council for Stone Quarries. Article 2 specifies the competencies of the Council. Article 3 pertains to the management and internal organization of the Council. The Council may ask help and assistance to other Departments of the Ministry of Environment (art. 5). It shall be prohibited for any member of the Council to have any relation directly or indirectly with any private structure (art. 7).
