Decree No.1038/1 amending Decree No.781/1 of 2011 concerning the import of seeds for planting purposes (except potato).

This Decree consisting of 2 articles deletes the request of an additional declaration to Phitosanitary Certificate assuring that seeds were inspected and tested during production period and found free from quarantine and non quarantine pests and viruses. It adds the request of a certificate issued by the Netherlands Inspection Service for Horticulture and grants exemptions for seeds imported for experimentation and amateurs or in other special cases.
