Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 4 articles amends the list of quarantine pests annexes to the Decree No.783. It also includes, between the documents that accompany the shipment, a phytosanitary certificate ensuring that the plant material are produced in an area free from the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa.
