Decree No.7494 of 2012 identifying and classifying the Jabal Moussa in the village of Nah red Dahab in Keserwan District as a natural site.

This Decree consisting of 5 articles aims at identifying the site of Jabal Moussa as one of the Lebanese natural sites placed under the tutelage of the Ministry of Environment. In this area is prohibited any kind of investments and/or buildings. The Ministry shall establish the conditions to grant permission for any establishment or work and if a Study Impact Assessment shall be necessary to grant the permission.
