Abstract
This Law decrees the creation of a protected area in the region of Bitai'l. The boundaries of the aforementioned area are defined by article 1. The creation of this protected area aims at the following: protection of animals, plants, and natural environment; populate the area by animals, plants and birds; protection of the natural resources; soil conservation; protection of water sources and pollution control. Trees cutting, exploitation and working are prohibited in order to protect forests, plants and animals resources. In order to protect soil and plants, no admittance to cattle into the protected area. Furthermore hunting and camping into the area are prohibited. Transgressors will be punished by the payment of a fine according to the kind, form, nature and grade of violation and damage. Creation of a committee by the Minister of The Environment with tasks to protect, prevent and populate the protected area.
