Abstract
This Law is composed of 15 articles. Article 1 amends Paragraph 1 of Article 14 as the following: “the products of the State forests shall be sold only by public auction except in case the value of the products not exceeds than LL (500.000)”. Article 2 amends the fine mentioned in Article 136 as the following: “from LL (500.000) to LL (1.000.000)”. Article 3 amends the fine mentioned in Article 137 as the following: “shall be punished by the same penalty provided for in Article 21 of Law 558 of 24/7/1996 on the forest protection”. Article 4 amends the fine of Article 138 as the following: “from LL (50.000) to LL (1.000.000)”. Article 5 amends the fine of article 139 as the following: “from LL (10.000) to LL (2.000.000) for each broken hectares”. Article 6 amends the fine of article 141 as the following: “from LL (100.000) to LL (1.000.000)”. Article 7 amends the fine of article 143 as the following: “to be equivalent to ten times as much the value of the taken think”. Article 8 amends the fine of article 142 as the following: “from LL (25.000) to LL (100.000)”. Article 9 amends the fine of article 144 as the following: “from LL (10.000) to LL (500.000)”. Article 10 amends the fine of article 146 as the following: “from LL (100.000) to LL (1.000.000)”. Article 11 amends the fine of article 147 as the following: “from LL (500.000) to LL (1.500.000)”. Article 12 amends the fine of article 149 as the following: “from LL (100.000) to LL (1.000.000)”. Article 13 amends the fine of article 150 as the following: “from LL (1.000.000) to LL (1.500.000)”.
