Abstract
This Law consisting of 9 articles aims at establishing the Debl Nature Reserve with the purpose of protecting the natural environment and wealth, especially the endangered species, and recreating a sustainable and renewable ecosystem to be possibly used for the sake of scientific research; preserving the natural resources through their protection from pollution and a proper management and investing in the ecotourism. The Law prohibits: cut, invest or manufacture all trees, unless approved by the Ministry of the Environment; the entrance of cattle; take any yields; remove stones or sands or metals and any other content of the reserves; perform any action harmful for the natural equilibrium, such as setting fire, game (these actions are banned also in the zone of transition within a distance of 300 meters from the borders).
The legal authority for managing the reserves is the Committee comprised of volunteers and representatives of the municipality and organizations concerned on ecological affairs.
